Biography and academic profile
Prof. Sudipta De Sarkar is presently serving as the Dean (Industry Engagements, Student Affairs, Admissions) at School of Law, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He has served the organization in different roles apart from being a regular faculty. Prof. Sarkar has a keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and Jurisprudence. He actively collaborates with legal professionals and industry stakeholders to bridge academic insights with practical applications. His engagements include advisory roles, workshops, and consultation on IP related matters across various sectors. He loves to teach and has delivered lectures at Odisha Judicial Academy, Biju Pattnaik State Police Academy, National Institute of Fashion Technology etc.
