"Mr. Saptarshi Das is working as an Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. He holds an LL.M from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore and specializes in Business Laws. He has qualified the UGC-NET in the year 2018. His dissertation thesis on “ The Role of Online Dispute Resolution in facilitating Consumer Access to Justice in E-commerce : An Analytical Study” which has been completed under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Ashok R. Patil, Chair Professor of Consumer Law and Practice at NLSIU has been published into a book by Lambert Academic Publications, Germany.

His teaching areas include Business Laws, Civil Procedure, Property Laws and Arbitration. His research interests lie in Online Dispute Resolution, strategy & law, negotiation and arbitration. His papers have been published in journals of national repute including UGC-CARE listed journals.

He is an avid reader with a strong interests in historical and biographical works . His hobbies include reading, creative writing and travelling."
