Shashank Nande

Assistant Professor

Mr. Shashank Nande is working as an Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.Mr. Shashank Nande did his B.A., LL.B. (Hons) at the School of Law, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar and an LL.M. from the Prestigious National Law School of India University,Banglore. He has qualified the UGC-NET in the year 2018. He has previously held teaching position at Amity University, Chhattisgarh.  His dissertation thesis on “Critical Analysis of Anti-defection law in India” which has been completed under the supervision of Late Prof. (Dr.) V.S Mallar.

His teaching areas include Human Rights and Constitutional Law. His research interests lie in Constitutional law and Public Law. His papers have been published in journals of national repute including UGC-CARE listed journals and Scopus Indexed Journal.
